Challenge: The Alternative Board is a franchised professional peer coaching company. The focus of their service is to connect CEO’s, owners, partners and presidents of small to medium sized businesses (ranging in size from under $1 million to $100 million plus) to help each other solve their challenges through information sharing and proprietary business analysis tools.

In the current marketplace, The Alternative Board did not stand out from its competitors. They needed to increase franchise sales domestically, grow internationally, support local franchise member acquisitions.

Results: Corporate Branding: Weise Communications helped rebrand the company to better focus on its strategic strengths through powerful messaging and visual components. Specific execution pieces included logo enhancement, brochures, folders, business cards and corporate communication pieces.

Public Relations Solutions: Working with both the CEO of TAB as well as the organization founder, Weise creates powerful speeches and presentations for increased corporate awareness and exposure in the US and Internationally.

Corporate Sales Solutions: Weise develops sales collateral for The Alternative Board, including domestic and international sales collateral, national print advertisement and trade show support materials. The agency is also implementing online sales tactics, including pay-per-click strategies to assist with franchise sales domestically and with international master franchisor sales.

Franchise Marketing Solutions: The agency created and continues to update a variety of online and printed sales materials to assist franchises with member acquisition. These materials include customizable online e-mail marketing campaigns, sales collateral, Web site landing pages and pay-per-click campaigns.
