A follow up to our August 2008 news, Healthcare Advertising Review – a publication of HealthLeaders Media—published as its cover story a six-page spread about our “Just in Case” campaign in their September/October 2008 issue. The expanded story features details about our strategic approach to this awareness campaign that promotes Centennial Medical Plaza’s emergency room and that the facility now accepts area Kaiser Permanente patients.

Weise Breaks Through the Golden Gate

Tracy Weise, President, and Marne Brase, Director of Client Services of Weise Communications departed Denver for The Society for Healthcare Strategy & Marketing Development of the American Hospital Association (SHSMD) 2008 Annual Conference and Exhibits. Held September 17-20 at the San Francisco Marriott, SHSMD featured more than 66 sessions that explored the hottest trends, ideas and concepts in healthcare communications.

Tracy and Marne represented Weise and spent the week listening to the challenges that hospitals are facing, discussing how online marketing has become a means to forming a relationship with your customers, and talking about the vital role that public relations and new media plays in the marketing of hospitals. The event proved to be another successful Weise endeavor.
