From extra vacation days to work from home Fridays, many of the perks here are intangible. Life/work balance is a strong value for all of us here at WEISE. Even though we all love this crazy business, we know we need to take care of ourselves first.

We have an open office  space that is very conducive for open and honest collaboration, which is great for creating great ideas. Since Ideas are the cornerstone of our business, ideas fly all the time.

Our office may be in the "tech center" or down in the "burbs," but we've got a great creative space that is very unique to the area, not to mention a light rail station next door, easy access to I-25 and C-470, Park Meadows/Lone Tree shopping areas, restaurants, bars and TopGolf. IKEA, just across the street, is always a great place for inspiration too. We even have our own extra large patio outside, overlooking the Inverness golf course.
